This department is concerned with following up on all aspects related to employees, from recruitment and work joining procedures, through managing salaries and vacations, to supporting them and providing a healthy and stimulating work environment.

Tasks of the Department
Personnel Affairs

Recruitment and appointment procedures: Organizing and coordinating all procedures necessary to hire new employees, and providing them with the necessary support to ensure a successful start within the team.
Salary and Benefits Management: Follow up on payrolls, bonus and allowance calculations, to ensure that employee rights are provided accurately and on time.
Follow-up on leave affairs: Organizing and following up on employee leaves in line with the company’s internal policies, while maintaining business continuity.
Employee file management: Keeping accurate records of each employee, including their personal and professional information, to provide accurate data when needed.
Employee Interaction: Act as a bridge of communication between employees and management, ensuring that any issues or queries they may have are addressed.
Improving the work environment: Working to improve the work environment by organizing social and awareness activities, to enhance the sense of belonging and increase employee satisfaction.
